View Tab
Features in the "View" tab of Neovest's "Account Preferences" box let you (1) cause a particular Account+ window to revert to its original default, or standard, view, (2) cause the "Open Positions" tab in a particular Account+ window to display only the open positions that you had open prior to today's trading activity, (3) cause the "Trade History" tab in a particular Account+ window to display only the Done Away orders that you have executed today, and (4) cause the "Trade History" tab in a particular Account+ window to group orders by the same symbol, side, and destination.
The following instructions explain how you change the view in certain tabs of a particular Neovest Account+ window via the "View" tab in Neovest's "Account Preferences" box:
With an Account window open on your screen, click the gear icon, located on the far-right of the toolbar.
Click the "Preferences" icon on the drop-down menu that appears.
Once the "Account Preferences" box appears, select the "View" tab.
The following table provides descriptions of the features in the "View" tab of Neovest's "Account Preferences" box:

Overnight Positions Only (Open Positions) |
Causes the "Open Positions" tab in a particular Account+ window to display only the open positions that you had open prior to today's trading activity. This feature is useful if you wish to view which positions you had open before you began trading today.
 Note: Once you select this feature and your open positions, prior to today's trading activity, are displayed in the "Open Positions" tab in a particular Account+ window, you may click with the right mouse button on any open position, select Edit Position, and change the open position's price and quantity once the "Edit Positions" box appears. |
| Show Done Away Orders Only (Trade History) |
Causes the "Trade History" tab in a particular Account+ window to display only the Done Away orders that you have executed today. Neovest's "Done Away" feature is designed to let you manually enter order information to create a position in your Neovest account to reflect an order that you have executed outside of Neovest. For more information regarding Neovest's Done Away feature, refer to the "Done Away" section in the Account chapter of Neovest's Help documentation. |
| Group By Same Symbol/ Side/ Destination (Trade History) |
Causes the "Trade History" tab in a particular Account+ window to group orders by the same symbol, side, and destination. By default, Neovest groups orders in the "Trade History" tab by the same symbol, side, and reference ID. |
