Strategy Defaults Tab
Features in the "Strategy Defaults" tab in Neovest's "Pairs Preferences" box let you view the current strategy values entered into the Ticket tab in a Pairs Trading window.
Pairs Trading Ticket values cannot be changed in this tab; instead, strategy values may be referenced only via this tab and then entered manually when creating a new pairs order.
The following instructions explain how you may reference the current strategy values entered into the Ticket tab in a Neovest Pairs Trading window:
With a Pairs window open on your screen, click the gear icon, located on the far-right of the toolbar.
Click the "Preferences" icon on the drop-down menu that appears.
Once the "Pairs Preferences" box appears, select the "Strategy Defaults" tab.
The following table provides descriptions of the features in the "Strategy Defaults" tab in Neovest's "Pairs Preferences" box:
| Feature: | Description: |
| Broker | Lets you select via the drop-down menu a broker for which strategy values have been entered in the Ticket tab in a Pairs Trading window. |
| Saved Default | Lets you view the strategy values entered in the default Ticket. |
| Ticket Value | Lets you view any strategy values that differ from the values displayed in the “Saved Default” column. |
| Save? | Lets you save any strategy values that differ from the values displayed in the “Saved Default” column. These strategy values will be saved in connection with your selected broker. |
| Delete All Defaults For All Brokers | Lets you delete all the saved defaults for all brokers in your "Broker" drop-down list. |
| Delete Selected Defaults | Lets you delete the saved defaults whose boxes you have checked under the "Save?" column. These defaults will be deleted only for the broker you have selected in the "Broker" drop-down list. |
| Save Selected Ticket Values | Lets you save the strategy values displayed under the "Ticket Value" column, which differ from the values displayed in the “Saved Default” column. These strategy values will be saved in connection with the broker you have selected in the "Broker" drop-down list. |
Once you have finished referencing the strategy values displayed and changing the strategy values you wish, click OK.
